Always a local hit. Right up the street and convenient. The salads, dogs and burgers are amazing.

This food hit the spot perfectly after going Christmas Tree Picking, even though the Christmas Tree Picking itself sucked. The service didn't take long. We went in the drive through , but I know what it looks like in there and it's very comfy. My whole family got #2's (2 hotdogs w/ fries and a drink) I got my hotdogs plain. Dipping the hot dogs in their cheese I'd the best thing I ever put in my mouth. The fries were warm and well salted. Overall a great place to eat when your wanting some big whiners! P.S. the burgers are only okay.

I've been to this Portillo's a few times when I've been in the area. Keep in mind, it's 4 stars for the context of fast food restaurant star rating system. I was a bit shocked with how pricey the chain has become, especially for NWI. Last time I was there, it was almost $18 for a regular beef sandwich, small fry, and small drink. I also had an opportunity for a free slice of cake, which somehow is almost $4?!? I felt you could go to a sit down restaurant around the area (if you're able) and get more food for the same price. Aside from the price, the food has always been warm and consistently the Portillo's taste we all love. It will definitely be somewhere I return if I'm craving anything from Portillo's. It wouldn't turn me away if I knew I had to return to this location. The drive thru can be a bit chaotic and I've seen people locked in when they get their orders behind people who haven't received theirs yet. That can definitely be improved. I haven't had any awful interactions with the staff and everyone has been nice when I've been there.
